Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate accounting or related audit support with close reconciliations ownership.
• Fluency in GAAP and PBC documentation standards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Monthly close reconciliations and journal entry packages.
• Audit request schedules and PBC documentation.
• Accounts payable and receivable aging reports.
• Budget-to-actual variance summaries.
• Internal control walkthroughs and SOX testing memos.
• Vendor and expense audit trail spreadsheets.
