You will handle AP/AR, month-end close, and ensure US GAAP compliance while using QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and Excel. 1+ year of accounting experience required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial records, transactions, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and company financial policies.
• Review financial data for accuracy and identify errors and process improvements.
• Support month-end close, audits, payroll, and financial analysis.
