Job summary

Ethos is seeking a highly experienced financial controller to support AI document, spreadsheet, and slide tasks on a flexible remote schedule. You will own monthly close reconciliations and audit request work.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in corporate accounting or audit support, deep GAAP, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and superb written communication. This part-time remote role pays $80/hour with 5–20 hours weekly, start ASAP.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced financial controllers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for financial controllers with 5+ years in corporate accounting, financial operations, or audit support to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: monthly close reconciliations and journal entry packages, audit request schedules and PBC documentation, accounts payable and receivable aging reports, budget-to-actual variance summaries, internal control walkthroughs and SOX testing memos, and vendor and expense audit trail spreadsheets.
