Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Financial Systems Engineer to own and modernize our core financial platforms, starting with NetSuite and expanding to FloQast and Ramp. You will partner with Finance and Engineering to automate manual tasks and improve data integrity across systems.

Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Systems, you will design configurations, write logic, and build cross-system integrations on a central platform, reducing repetitive work and enabling scalable finance operations as the company

Qualifications

3–6 years administering a financial or ERP system, with hands-on NetSuite admin experience.
Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and procure-to-pay processes.
Ability to automate repetitive finance tasks using scripting or low-code tools.
Strong collaboration between finance and engineering and ability to read integrations.

Responsibilities

Own and administer NetSuite and upcoming FloQast and Ramp integrations.
Identify manual finance operations and reduce them through automation.
Serve as business-logic and data expert for the finance domain.
Build cross-system integrations on a central integration platform.
Act as the technical owner for vendor onboarding, configuration, and administration.
Use AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine work.
