Jobgether SRL in Spain is seeking an experienced Intercompany Accountant to support international group accounting operations and intercompany transactions. The role emphasizes cost-plus calculations, reconciliations, period-end close, and internal controls within a post-IPO environment.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and NetSuite experience. You will collaborate with local finance teams and group stakeholders across entities and time

Qualifications

• At least five years of accounting experience, preferably intercompany accounting or general ledger in international/multi-entity settings.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English for international collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Manage intercompany accounting activities from data validation and cost calculations through reconciliations, journal entries, and period-end reporting.
• Prepare end-to-end cost-plus calculations in line with intercompany agreements and routing markups.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies with group entities across currencies.
• Support SOX and internal controls documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate with local finance teams and Group Finance stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.
