Job summary

Darkroom is seeking an experienced X writer to run our executive content program across Darkroom and Shadow platforms. This role centers on crafting authentic voices for founders and executives through X and LinkedIn.

You will interview executives, ghostwrite posts, edit for tone, and maintain a unified calendar to ensure consistent messaging across channels. This is a fully remote position hiring for Brazil, Portugal, or Spain, with work conducted in English.

Qualifications

• You should apply if you have ghostwritten for founders or executives on X and the posts sounded like them.
• You understand B2B buyers making considered decisions.
• You can interview a busy executive for 20 minutes and produce a week of posts in several voices.

Responsibilities

• Run the Executive Content Program across the executive team with a clear voice and rhythm.
• Conduct voice interviews and turn them into posts close to executives' words.
• Create Context Files for each executive: voice, stories and lines to respect.
• Ghostwrite and edit posts and threads on X and adapt for LinkedIn.
• Manage a single Executive Calendar across accounts and launches.
• Coordinate posts around launches, webinars and events for coherent messaging.
