Job summary

Darkroom is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to orchestrate how our marketing ships and measures results for two brands, Darkroom and Shadow. This remote role, open to Brazil, Portugal or Spain, requires English fluency and hands-on HubSpot experience.

You will ensure timely publishing, podcast distribution, launch run-of-show planning, and performance reporting across channels, while keeping CRM data clean and dashboards trustworthy in a fast-paced content team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a hands-on marketing operations generalist.
• HubSpot admin experience.
• Familiar with major social platforms and publishing processes.
• Strong QA eye for accuracy and link verification.
• Ability to build dashboards and explain movements in metrics.
• Comfortable working in English in a remote, international team.
• Experience using AI tools daily to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Publish approved content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube for both brands.
• Publish podcast episodes to platforms and clip highlights for the channels.
• Plan run-of-show for launches across accounts with proper sequencing and embargo adherence.
• Manage comments, DMs and mentions in the brand voice.
• Maintain awards calendars, deadlines, and entry materials.
• Oversee production tracking, copy/assets, and final QA before going live.
• Ensure HubSpot hygiene: deduplication, lead sources and UTMs; maintain dashboards.
• Create inbound marketing dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Keep scheduling, project and asset tools organized; automate repeatable steps with AI.
