TriNetX, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of EU‑funded programmes from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to grant agreements and funder requirements. You will drive cross‑functional execution and maintain strong relationships with auditors and stakeholders.

The role sits in the cPMO, coordinating with Finance, Legal, and other teams while applying risk and reporting frameworks across multi‑year initiatives. Excellent English communication is essential.

Formación

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing EU‑funded projects (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, IMI/IHI, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience with EC Grant Agreement compliance, technical and financial reporting to the European Commission, and audit management.
• Strong command of project financial management: budget tracking, eligible cost categories, indirect cost models, and funder reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of an assigned portfolio of EU Commission and regulatory‑funded projects from kick‑off through final reporting and closeout.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, work breakdown structures, milestone schedules, and risk registers across concurrent projects.
• Apply the Project Monitoring & Controlling SOP and RYG status frameworks to track progress, surface variances early, and drive corrective action.
• Coordinate internal workstreams and client‑facing teams to ensure on‑time, on‑scope delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with EU grant regulations including EC Grant Agreements, General Conditions, and applicable Financial Regulations (e.g., H2020/Horizon Europe rules for participation).
