Euro-Funding, a leading consultancy specialising in public funding for R&D&I projects across Europe, invites applications for a European Projects Manager. You will oversee management of Horizon Europe, H2020, LIFE, EUROSTARS and INTERREG funded initiatives, ensuring administrative and financial compliance.

The role requires a technical or scientific degree and at least three years' experience in European project management, with strong planning, coordination and international collaboration

Formación

• A higher education degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably in Engineering, Science or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years’ demonstrable experience in managing European and R&D&I projects.
• Experience in consortium projects and programmes such as Horizon Europe, H2020, LIFE 2014–2020 and 2021–2027, EUROSTARS and INTERREG will be particularly valued.
• Ability to organise, plan and monitor projects.
• Responsibility, autonomy and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to operate in international environments and work with different partners and organisations.
• English: Advanced level, spoken and written.
• The following will be considered an advantage:
• Experience with other R&D&I funding programmes.
• Knowledge and/or experience in financial management.
• International experience, particularly placements at research centres, public institutions or universities outside Spain.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Support for the coordinator and project partners during the negotiation phase.
• Administrative and financial management of European R&D&I projects.
• Monitoring and financial control of projects.
• Preparation and coordination of official reports and documentation required by funding bodies.
• Liaising with European funding agencies and bodies.
• Management of procedures relating to the various funding programmes.
• Preparation and submission of amendments during project implementation.
• Management of projects and documentation via the Funding & Tenders Portal (F&T).
• Monitoring compliance with the administrative, financial and contractual requirements of projects.
