Universitat Internacional de Catalunya invites applications for the European Innovation & Knowledge Transfer Officer to support EU-funded projects’ management and execution in line with EC requirements. The role entails coordinating day-to-day project activities, budgets, reporting, and compliance across offices and partners.

The successful candidate will bring at least three years of experience in EU-funded project management, strong knowledge of Horizon Europe/EIT rules, and proven ability to

• Minimum 3 years managing EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg or similar).
• Strong knowledge of European Commission funding rules and reporting requirements.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day management of EU-funded projects.
• Monitor progress, milestones and deadlines; ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes; follow up on actions.
• Support financial management: budget monitoring, financial reports and justification of expenditures.
• Prepare periodic and final technical and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with EC financial, administrative and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with university services to support project implementation.
• Assist in preparation of competitive EU funding proposals and consortium coordination.

Bachelor's or Master's in PM, Business, European Studies, Public Admin, Engineering or related field
