Senovo IT Ltd is seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to own the data migration and integration workstreams for the Spain and Portugal scope of a Group ERP migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role requires hands-on ownership, the ability to challenge specs, and close collaboration with local teams.

The position is hybrid, based in Madrid with 3 days onsite, language requirements include Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.

Formación

• 5+ years as Integration, Technical or Data Migration Project Manager on ERP programs.
• Proven ownership of data migration and interface workstreams, end to end.
• Solid understanding of APIs, middleware, batch interfaces and data exchanges.
• Able to challenge functional and technical specs, not just track them.
• Multi-country or multi-entity rollout experience.
• Spanish and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own the data migration stream: mapping, data quality, transformation rules with business teams.
• Own the interface inventory for the Iberian scope and align with Group architecture.
• Drive integration and migration testing with the integrator: SIT, performance, cutover, UAT support.
• Coordinate local IT teams, legacy system owners and the Group program team.
• Track progress, risks and dependencies in Azure DevOps.
• Deliver the handover pack to Spanish and Portuguese IT before the assignment ends.

Project Summary

Group ERP program migrating 3 country legacy ERPs into a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. We are looking for an Integration Project Manager to own the integrations and data migrations for the Spain and Portugal scope.

What we are looking for

A hands‑on integration and migration PM. Not a coordinator, not a Product Owner. Someone who owns the workstream, drives it to delivery, challenges the integrator and unblocks the local teams.

Must have

• 5+ years as Integration, Technical or Data Migration Project Manager on ERP programs
• Proven ownership of data migration and interface workstreams, end to end (this is the core of the role)
• Solid understanding of APIs, middleware, batch interfaces and data exchanges
• Able to challenge functional and technical specs, not just track them
• Multi-country or multi-entity rollout experience
• Spanish and English

Strong plus

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout or implementation
• SAP legacy migration experience
• Portuguese Azure DevOps PMP or PRINCE2

Not a blocker

Dynamics 365 experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong integration and migration track records on other ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Sage) are fully considered.
