Capitole is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to join an international project in Spain. You will drive Data Migration and Data Management initiatives across enterprise systems and support major transformation programs.

You will design and govern migration solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, and ensure data quality, validation and go-live readiness in a regulated environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience leading Data Migration initiatives.
• Strong experience in Data Migration and Data Management.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and SAP data models.
• Experience with ETL processes and Cloud-based Data Migration solutions.
• Experience working with SQL databases and data analysis tools.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Professional / Fluent English (C1) and Spanish.
• Experience with AWS or other Cloud-based Data Migration environments.
• Understanding of system integrations, enterprise platforms and network connectivity.
• Understanding of GxP regulated environments.
• Experience delivering global business transformation projects.
• Experience working with migration waves, cutover strategies and go-live activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience coordinating with external vendors.
• Experience combining technical responsibilities with project coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Data Migration and Data Management initiatives across global programs.
• Define and contribute to end-to-end migration strategies, architectures, frameworks and technical standards.
• Work on data migration solutions supporting ERP implementations, acquisitions, divestitures and system transformations.
• Lead data discovery, data assessment, data object definition and source-to-target mapping activities.
• Support data architecture decisions to ensure consistency across systems and platforms.
• Review technical designs, data transformation rules, validation procedures and reconciliation approaches.
• Define and support migration waves, cutover strategies, rollback procedures and go-live readiness criteria.
• Contribute to the definition of best practices, methodologies, templates and governance models for migration projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, migration specialists, developers and analysts.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration Teams, Data Governance and Security teams.
