Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to own the data migration and integration workstreams across Spain and Portugal within a major digital transformation program.

You will lead end-to-end data migration, API integrations, testing activities, and cutover, coordinating with business, IT and partners to ensure delivery on time and alignment with the global ERP architecture.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading integration or data migration projects in ERP transformations.
• Proven ownership of data migration and integration workstreams from planning through go-live.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; multi-country ERP rollout experience.

Responsabilidades

• This is a hands-on delivery role to drive execution and challenge decisions with business, IT, and partners.
• Own end-to-end data migration workstream: mapping, transformation rules, cleansing, data quality.
• Manage inventory of interfaces/integrations for Iberian scope; align with global architecture.
• Lead integration and migration testing: SIT, performance, cutover, UAT support.
• Coordinate local IT teams, legacy system owners, business stakeholders, and global ERP program.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones using Azure DevOps.
• Drive issue resolution and remove blockers; ensure knowledge transfer and handover docs.

At Astek Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Integration Project Manager to take ownership of the integration and data migration workstreams across Spain and Portugal.

We are supporting a major digital transformation program within the utilities sector, involving the migration of multiple country-specific legacy ERP systems into a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.

Main responsibilities

• This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can drive execution, challenge technical and functional decisions, and ensure successful delivery alongside business, IT, and implementation partners.
• Own the end-to-end data migration workstream, including data mapping, transformation rules, cleansing activities, and data quality management.
• Manage the inventory of interfaces and integrations for the Iberian scope, ensuring alignment with the global architecture.
• Lead integration and migration testing activities, including SIT, performance testing, cutover preparation, and UAT support.
• Coordinate local IT teams, legacy system owners, business stakeholders, and the global ERP program.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones using Azure DevOps.
• Drive issue resolution and remove blockers impacting delivery.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and deliver complete handover documentation to local IT teams before project closure.

Who are you?

• 5+ years of experience as an Integration Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Data Migration Project Manager within ERP transformation programs.
• Proven ownership of data migration and integration workstreams from planning through go-live.
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware platforms, batch interfaces, ETL processes, and system integrations.
• Ability to challenge and validate technical and functional specifications.
• Experience working on multi-country or multi-entity ERP rollouts.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation or rollout experience.
• SAP legacy migration projects.
• Portuguese language skills.
• Azure DevOps experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
