Fusion Consulting in Madrid seeks an experienced System Lead - Data Migration & Data Management to provide global technical leadership across transformation programs. You will define migration strategies, architectures, and governance to support ERP implementations, acquisitions, and divestitures.

As the primary technical authority, you will drive data discovery, mapping, transformation, and validation, collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Applications, Integration, Security, and Data

Formación

• Proven experience leading enterprise data migration and data management initiatives.
• Strong ERP data migration and system transformation knowledge.
• Experience with cloud-based ETL architecture, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and integration landscapes.
• Understanding of network infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with testing tools (manual and automated).
• Knowledge of CSV/CSA, GxP, and regulated system validation environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data migration strategy, architecture, and solution design.
• Define migration frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee data discovery, assessment, mapping, transformation, and validation activities.
• Drive data architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Define migration waves, cutover plans, rollback strategies, and go-live readiness criteria.
• Review and approve migration designs, validation processes, and reconciliation approaches.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration, Security, and Data Governance teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams and migration specialists.
