Phenix is seeking a driven Remote Key Account Manager to manage and grow enterprise client relationships across Spain. You will drive retention, identify upsell opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor, coordinating with internal teams to deliver value.

The role requires a strategic, tech-savvy professional with 5+ years in KAM or related roles, fluent in Spanish and English, and comfortable working remotely from anywhere in Spain.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in KAM, Sales or CS in B2B tech
• Strong SaaS product knowledge and client-facing experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation in remote settings

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients
• Develop strategic account plans to achieve client objectives
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve issues promptly
