CloudLinux is hiring an Engineering Team Lead to run the remote squad building and operating Imunify360-related email security products. You will lead a small, senior team (Go/Python) of 7–8 engineers and be accountable for what the team ships, reliability, and professional growth.

This is a hands-on lead role with roughly 60% leadership and 40% coding, requiring a credible technical opinion while not being the top individual contributor.

Formación

• 5+ years as a software engineer
• 2+ years leading a team of engineers in a product company
• Strong Linux proficiency and production debugging skills
• Experience shipping and operating distributed backend services under real load
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and availability for EU hours

Responsabilidades

• Lead a remote, senior squad responsible for delivery and reliability of the email security product line
• Harbor ownership of architecture, ADRs, and trade-offs on build-vs-buy decisions
• Own production health, SLOs, alerting, capacity, and incident command
• Mentor engineers, conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development
• Collaborate with Product Owner to align roadmap with technical risk and staffing
