Infront is expanding its Madrid office and seeks a Team Lead IT Operations to manage a small hands-on team supporting our IT platforms and services. You’ll lead 5–6 engineers, handle on-call coverage with Germany, and drive automation on AWS and OCI.

The role requires deep Linux expertise, strong Windows capabilities as a plus, and experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD. Remote-friendly with a start-up mindset and a focus on security and reliability.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience in Linux environments with Windows a plus.
• Proven ability to lead or coordinate an IT operations team in a hands-on role.
• Good understanding of networking, OS, and production dependencies.
• Experience with AWS; OCI is a plus.
• Practical knowledge of containerized environments and Kubernetes.
• Automation mindset with scripting and infrastructure as code.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 operations engineers while remaining hands-on.
• Coordinate on-call rotations and 24/7 coverage with the German Operations team.
• Serve as escalation point for complex infrastructure and incidents.
• Drive automation and standardization via scripting and IaC (Bash, Python, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform).
• Improve monitoring, observability, and alerting across services and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and security/compliance functions.
• Own cloud infrastructure operations focusing on AWS and OCI.
