Yuno is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Integrations team, connecting the platform with PSPs, acquirers and gateways worldwide. You will own technical direction, drive architecture, and mentor engineers in a fast-moving, global environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on backend work in Golang, secure practices, and scalable microservices. You will collaborate with Product and Compliance while fostering an AI-first engineering culture.

Formación

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and growing teams
• Strong ability to drive technical decision-making in fast-moving environments
• Hands-on backend experience with Golang
• Solid understanding of microservices, APIs and integration patterns
• Experience with SQL databases & data modeling
• Awareness of secure SDLC and OWASP principles
• Experience with AI-first development and LLM-assisted tooling
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the Integrations engineering team across PSPs, acquirers and gateways
• Own technical direction, architecture and delivery of critical infra components
• Promote coding standards, testing, observability and documentation
• Ensure secure software development practices and data privacy compliance
• Guide architectural decisions for low-latency, high-availability services
• Champion AI-first development and tooling for the team
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance and Business teams in an agile setup
• Evolve APIs and integration frameworks for scale across regions
