Yuno is seeking a Staff Engineer for the Integrations domain to shape the technical direction of 130+ provider integrations and 95+ webhooks across a globally scaled platform. This IC role reports to the VP of Engineering and requires influencing multiple squads, coaching senior engineers, and partnering with Product, Compliance, and Security on domain trade‑offs.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of backend experience (Go/Java/Kotlin), deep payments/fintech knowledge, and a proven track record
Formación
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience in Go, Java, or Kotlin.
- Demonstrated track record of leading architectural decisions adopted by multiple teams.
- Direct experience in payments, fintech, or PCI-regulated systems.
Responsabilidades
- Set architectural direction for the integrations platform across 130+ provider integrations.
- Lead cross‑functional design reviews with Product, Compliance, Security.
- Mentor senior engineers and grow the domain's engineering capabilities.
- Define and enforce production‑readiness, testing, and observability standards.
- Drive AI‑enabled workflows and guardrails within the domain.
