Yuno is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the technical direction of our Client Experience platform. This hands-on leadership role focuses on architecting scalable payments systems for global brands, while mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture.

You’ll drive architecture, ensure performance, collaborate with product and design, and uplift the team with practical, maintainable solutions across the stack.

Formación

• Extensive software engineering experience with Go and/or Kotlin
• Proven track record designing scalable, maintainable systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native services
• Excellent automated testing practices in CI/CD
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring ability
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
