Jobgether, based in Spain, seeks an Engineering Manager for Managed Services to lead a distributed, highly remote team delivering modern cloud infrastructure and managed services across customer environments.

You will oversee environments built on Kubernetes and OpenStack, balancing reliability with engineering quality while collaborating across global teams in engineering, product, operations, and customers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a technology-related field or comparable experience.
• Proven experience with software engineering or managing technical operations teams.
• Experience with OpenStack.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a growing engineering team, improving development velocity and operational quality.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of managed services across customer environments.
• Establish disciplined engineering and operations processes for scalability and maintainability.
• Monitor team health indicators and take action to improve effectiveness and performance.
• Maintain focus on priorities, milestones, deliverables, and customer commitments.
• Represent the managed services team with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners.
• Ensure SLAs are met across deployments worldwide.
• Drive improvements to products, processes, and practices based on feedback.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex distributed systems issues.
