Jobgether in Spain seeks a Cloud Engineering Manager to lead a growing team responsible for modern cloud infrastructure and managed services. You will oversee OpenStack-based environments and Kubernetes-driven deployments for customers worldwide, driving reliability, delivery velocity, and customer satisfaction.

The role combines technical leadership with process improvement, service management, and strategic execution in a fully distributed setup. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a technology-related field.
• Experience delivering software or managing technical operations teams.
• Hands-on experience with OpenStack.
• Strong testing and maintainable coding practices.
• Linux administration experience; Ubuntu/Debian advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a growing engineering team, improving velocity and quality.
• Establish processes for reliability, maintainability and delivery.
• Monitor team health indicators and drive improvements.
• Represent the engineering team with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with priorities, milestones and customer commitments.
