Formación

• 3+ years in Operations Management or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing online or remote agent teams.
• Hands-on hiring, training, performance management, exits.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and dashboards.
• Familiarity with CRMs, operational tools, and automation systems.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Remote work flexibility and ownership mentality.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, coach, promote, demote, and offboard agents based on performance.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure productivity.
• Lead and develop a team of remote/online agents.

• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.
