Duetto is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its EMEA team, acting as the first point of contact for potential customers across the region. You’ll qualify inbound leads, run targeted outbound campaigns, and partner with Regional Sales Managers to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

You’ll use Salesforce and AI-enabled tools to refine messaging, track activity, and improve pipeline visibility, while collaborating with Marketing on campaigns and GTM

Formación

• 3+ years in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role in B2B SaaS or hospitality tech.
• Fluent in Spanish and English and comfortable engaging senior decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
• Capable of high-volume outreach while sustaining quality conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities across EMEA via proactive outbound outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns with speed and quality.
• Execute outreach strategies aligned to ICPs and regional priorities, partnering with Regional Sales Managers.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to sharpen prospecting efficiency and personalization.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve follow-up and lead nurturing.
