Jeeves is rapidly growing its EMEA operations and is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to scale the EMEA sales organization. The role reports to our GM in NAM/EMEA and focuses on closing high‑value clients and growing the EMEA market.

The ideal candidate will use a multichannel approach, leveraging AI tools, email, WhatsApp, cold calls, events, and channel partners to generate qualified prospects.

Formación

• 3+ years in sales or customer-facing role in financial services, payments, crypto, or fintech.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; experience across EMEA, preferably Latin America.
• Experience in lead generation and lead qualification; familiarity with BANT is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Comfort with multichannel outreach including email, calls, and messages.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and generate high-quality leads to build a robust pipeline.
• Execute outbound outreach via email, calls, WhatsApp, events, and partners.
• Qualify leads using BANT criteria to assess fit and timing.
• Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM and track interactions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Research fintech trends to tailor outreach strategies.
• Monitor metrics like leads, outreach, and conversions.
• Contribute to sales and marketing campaigns with feedback.
