Job summary
Medtronic seeks an Associate Electrophysiology (EP) Mapping Specialist to support physicians and EP lab staff in the Comunidad Valenciana and Murcia, with base in Alicante and travel across the region. This remote-enabled role requires expertise in mapping/ablation systems and strong customer relationships.
You will provide clinical and technical support for the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select PFA, and Cryo solutions, while expanding product adoption and training across
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Sales, Nursing or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in electrophysiology procedures.
- Background or experience in Cardiology.
- Strong understanding of 3D Mapping systems is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan a plus.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and excellence.
- Valid driving license with a clean record.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP lab staff on the Affera Mapping and Ablation System and Pulse Select PFA.
- Provide in‑depth product expertise through demonstrations, installations and ongoing support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted partner.
- Maintain advanced clinical/technical knowledge of products and competitors.
- Collaborate with account teams on territory reviews and strategic planning.
- Serve as liaison between sales and technical staff to ensure seamless communication.
