Job summary

Medtronic in Alicante, Spain is seeking an Associate Electrophysiology (EP) Mapping Specialist to provide expert clinical and technical support for the Affera Mapping and Ablation System and Pulse Select PFA system. The role covers the Comunidad Valenciana and Murcia regions, with travel required and base in Alicante.

You will deliver training to physicians and EP lab staff, build strong customer relationships, and stay abreast of competitive technologies in cardiac mapping and ablation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Sales, Nursing or related Scientific or Technical discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in electrophysiology procedures and products.
• Background or experience in Cardiology.
• Strong understanding of 3D Mapping systems is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to build relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and excellence.
• Valid driving license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP Lab staff on the use of Affera Mapping and Ablation System and Pulse Select PFA system.
• Provide product expertise through sales presentations, demonstrations, installations and ongoing support for technology adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted partner.
• Develop clinical and technical knowledge of company products and stay informed on competitors.
• Collaborate with account teams and Sales Managers on territory planning and reviews.
• Serve as liaison between sales teams and technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
