Medtronic is seeking a Senior Account Specialist to support our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team in Spain, ideally Valencia, with a remote work model for regional coverage. You will deliver expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP staff, guiding adoption of Affera systems and related technologies.

You should have a life sciences degree, 4+ years in electrophysiology, fluency in English and Spanish, and a proven ability to build relationships across hospital stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Sales or related scientific discipline.
• 4+ years of electrophysiology procedures and product experience.
• Background in Cardiology or Cardiac physiology.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for excellence.
• Valid driving license with a clean record.
• Knowledge of 3D Mapping systems is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP staff for key technologies.
• Deliver sales presentations, demos, installations, and ongoing support to drive technology adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted partner.
• Develop clinical and technical knowledge of products and competitor offerings.
• Demonstrate composure in high-stress situations with a proactive approach.
• Collaborate with account teams and Sales Managers on territory planning.
• Serve as liaison between sales teams and technical staff for customer satisfaction.
