Agilent Technologies in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a multicultural team working from quotation through activation of maintenance contracts in SAP.

You will interface with sales and customers to provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and support pre-sales and post-sales activities, using Excel and SAP/CRM tools. This role offers a permanent contract and opportunities for career development.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
• Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated customer service focus.
• Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry.
• Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel. SAP/CRM experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Processing formal quotes and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.
• Interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in a variety of pre-sales and post-sales functions.
• Serving as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, service delivery, collections to resolve customer inquiries.
• Managing and coordinating the end-to-end customer experience by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes and compliance requirements.
• Identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities to management.
• Performing routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures
