Agilent Technologies Spain S.L. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Sales from quotation through activation of maintenance contracts in SAP.

You will interface with customers and internal teams to provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and deliver a smooth end-to-end experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The role requires English and Dutch fluency, strong data entry and MS Excel skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch

Responsabilidades

• Process formal quotes and orders with accuracy and speed
• Interface with sales and customers to provide accurate information and resolve inquiries
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams (sales, service delivery, collections)
• Manage end-to-end customer experience ensuring compliance and process efficiency
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve processes to management
