• Interest in technical topics and willingness to stay on the project long-term (2+ years).
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and commercial awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer calls using the CRM portal.
• Create quotations and process orders through the SAP system.
• Communicate delivery timelines and manage expectations.
• Provide product guidance based on catalogue-level knowledge.
• Deliver first-level technical support and help customers identify the right solutions for their needs.
