EPAM Systems, Inc. in Spain seeks a Director – Business Solution Architecture to lead Salesforce architecture strategy and delivery for large enterprise clients, with remote work and occasional office presence.

You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor Salesforce professionals, and align business requirements with technical strategy. The role requires 7+ years in CRM and Salesforce, strong integration and UX knowledge, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 7+ years of CRM industry experience across full lifecycle implementations.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience including 5+ years leading solution architecture design.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration and custom development.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Data 360 and Agentforce.
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across systems.
• Strong knowledge of integration architecture and user experience principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder).

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional and technical architecture for Salesforce projects.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to analyze business needs and pain points.
• Engage stakeholders to define outcomes, success criteria, and solution design.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and architected Salesforce solutions.
• Develop capability and platform roadmaps aligned with client strategy.
• Support sales efforts with technical presentations and solution sizing.
