EPAM Systems, Inc. in Spain is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to guide solution design and lead development teams in a globally-scaled Salesforce program. This remote role requires monthly office presence.

You will mentor consultants, shape platform strategy, and drive end-to-end implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud with Apex, LWC, and Flow. Strong integration and DevOps skills are a must.

Formación

• 7+ years in CRM across full lifecycle implementations.
• Expertise with Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to end-to-end Salesforce design and implementation.
• Lead discovery workshops and gather requirements for scalable architectures.
• Define integration approaches, data & security models, and governance standards.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure delivery aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product owners on roadmaps.
