Werfen is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to own the end-to-end Salesforce platform across Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing and Revenue processes for global affiliates, based at our Barcelona headquarters.

You will define technical standards, govern multi-cloud integrations, mentor the internal team and ensure in-house ownership of platform decisions, working closely with the IT Salesforce & CRM Solutions director and delivery teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years Salesforce experience, with >=3 in solution/technical architect role.
• Hands-on multi-cloud architecture: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud / Field Service; Marketing Cloud and Revenue/CPQ valued.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise integrations between Salesforce and ERP via middleware.
• Experience in global, multi-country implementations on a core template with local rollouts.
• Experience working with and governing system integrators / implementation partners.
• English fluency; Spanish valued.

Responsabilidades

• Owns end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across clouds, ensuring a scalable core template.
• Review and countersign major designs before build, sign-off by Architecture.
• Define and enforce platform standards, release management, DevOps, and documentation.
• Own integration architecture between Salesforce and ERP via middleware, with contracts.
• Lead transfer of architectural knowledge to internal team for in-house delivery.
• Mentor internal team and support certification paths.
