You will guide architecture strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor Salesforce professionals to deliver scalable solutions for large enterprises across retail, healthcare, insurance, finance, and more. Formación

• 7+ years of CRM industry experience across full lifecycle implementations.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience including 5+ years leading solution architecture design.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration and custom development.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Data 360 and Agentforce.
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across systems.
• Strong knowledge of integration architecture and user experience principles.
• Experience in writing user stories and applying design thinking concepts.
