Dandy is hiring a Customer Experience Dental Lab Technician – Removables to support clinicians with patient scanning, case prep, and design modifications. You will apply deep dental lab expertise to review treatment plans in real time and ensure high quality outcomes while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll communicate with doctors via phone, chat or video, translate clinical feedback into production guidance, and collaborate across lab teams to refine designs.

Formación

• 3+ years in a dental technician role.
• 2+ years of 3Shape CAD/CAM design experience.
• Strong understanding of digital dental workflows including implant systems.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors in real time to refine case designs.
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between doctors and lab teams.
