Ormco is seeking a Digital Technical Specialist based in Spain to deliver remote onboarding and technical support for SPARK and related digital orthodontic solutions. You will assist doctors and local teams with onboarding, training, and issue resolution across digital dentistry workflows.

The role requires native Spanish and fluent English, strong IT literacy, and the ability to work remotely across Spain and the EMEA region.

Formación

• Tech-savvy with strong IT literacy and remote-support tooling.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills essential for onboarding and diagnostics.
• Native Spanish with fluent English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote onboarding and technical support for SPARK and other Ormco digital products.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across digital dentistry workflows, CAD/CAM, and 3D printing.
• Schedule technical follow-ups with doctors and support teams; document interactions in CRM.
