Schneider Electric is seeking a Regional Service Representative for Modular Data Center to deliver on-site commissioning, diagnostics, and issue resolution across international sites. The role supports complex projects involving LV/MV, UPS, and cooling equipment.

Willingness to travel 70% of the time, strong hands-on electrical/mechanical skills, and fluent English are required to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate site reporting.

Formación

• Electrotechnical education; a university degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of commissioning/field service experience.
• Experience with LV, MV, UPS and cooling products.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges; teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Perform startup and commissioning on Modular Data Center equipment.
• Evaluate installation and operation conditions of units.
• Perform onsite adjustments to optimize performance.
• Identify root causes related to quality, software or operation.
• Collaborate with SE service engineers or partners during site interventions.
• Document tests and produce site reports.
• Train customers on basic equipment operations.
