Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer support experience or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish.
• Strong empathy and active listening skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software, ticketing systems, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues, from simple questions to complex technical problems.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues.
