lastminute.com is seeking a CS Transformation & Implementation Specialist to lead cross-functional changes across our customer service platform. You will own discovery, design target workflows, and deliver AI-enabled automations while aligning with IT, Product, and Operations.
Fluency in English and Zendesk experience are required. You will work remotely from Spain (or Portugal/Romania as applicable) with limited travel, joining a global Product Customer Service team to modernize back-office
Qualificações

- proven automation/AI experience in CS or operations.
- ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- advanced operational data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets/BI).
