adm-Indicia is seeking a Creative Production Manager to oversee the production of art assets (POSM, digital, print) across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. The role covers quoting through delivery, ensuring processes and KPIs are met to uphold our best-in-class reputation.

The candidate will maintain active client and studio relationships, with a preference for Madrid-based hires in a hybrid setup.

Formación

• At least 2 years in roles related to creative production.
• Project management experience is essential.
• Experience in POSM, digital media and print media production.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite to review files from a technical point of view.
• Experience managing production projects for campaign master file adaptations.
• Strong numeracy and ability to create/manage reports in Excel.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure artworking briefs from clients are clear before forwarding to studio teams.
• Advise clients on technical/creative requirements and provide day-to-day support.
• Monitor studio progress and prioritise tasks to keep projects on track.
• Verify artworks against briefs before client delivery.
• Follow up to ensure deadlines are met and projects closed in systems.
• Submit projects for invoicing after client delivery of final files.
• Collaborate with studios to maintain service quality.
• Support information processes and reporting.
