WPP Production in Madrid is seeking an experienced production account specialist to safeguard brand quality and manage local client campaigns from brief to delivery. You will ensure on-time delivery and high-quality materials while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires +5 years in TV/print/digital production, experience in adaptations/transcreation/localisation, strong project management, and excellent English.

Formación

• 5+ years in TV, print, or digital production essential.
• Adaptations, Transcreation and Localisation experience essential.
• Strong project management, time management and prioritisation skills.
• Fluent/native English with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work with international brand challenges and multiple markets.

Responsabilidades

• Guard brand quality and act as account QA guardian.
• Understand client needs to offer the right solutions.
• Manage local market campaigns from brief to delivery on time and quality.
• Monitor workflows, identify improvements and make recommendations.
• Control campaign timelines and annual forecasts.
• Coordinate between Project/Transcreation Management, Hogarth, client and agencies.
• Oversee end-to-end AV, print and digital adaptation processes.
• Support and train Account Managers/Executives to perform at their best.
