Publicis Groupe in Madrid is seeking a highly organized Post Producer to manage the full post-production process for commercials, digital content, and branded videos. You will collaborate with editors, VFX, sound designers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

The role requires strong project management, English fluency, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Post Producer or in a similar production management role.
• Strong understanding of post-production processes and software (e.g. Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of post-production from editing to final delivery.
• Create and manage post-production schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate communication between creative teams, technical staff, and clients.
• Supervise workflows including editing, color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
• Ensure the final product meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of post-production tools and trends.
