OCX is looking for an experienced Creative Artworker to produce high-quality artwork across brands, channels and formats. You will lead production from concept adaptation to final delivery, ensuring pixel-perfect output and strict adherence to brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with design, retouching, motion and producers, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and provide technical guidance to junior artworkers within a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Experience as a Creative Artworker within an agency, design studio or production environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect work.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, grids and brand identity systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to production challenges.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Produce, adapt and finalize artwork for digital, social, print, OOH, retail and integrated campaigns.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with brand guidelines, technical specifications and production standards.
• Lead complex artwork projects, including versioning, localization and multi-market rollouts.
• Provide technical guidance and support to designers as well as junior and mid-level artworkers.
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate design layouts into production-ready artwork.
• Prepare print-ready files for packaging, large-format print and complex mechanical artwork when required.
• Oversee quality control, preflight checks, colour accuracy and export standards across all deliverables.
• Maintain accurate file organization, version control and asset management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of artwork workflows, toolkits and production best practices.
• Partner with producers to ensure project timelines, technical feasibility and production requirements are successfully met.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Creative Artworker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, technically accurate artwork across a wide range of brands, channels and formats.

Working closely with designers, creatives, retouchers, motion teams and producers, you will lead artwork production from concept adaptation through to final delivery, ensuring every asset meets the highest creative and production standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive production expertise, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering pixel-perfect work across integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Required

• Experience as a Creative Artworker within an agency, design studio or production environment.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong technical understanding of artwork production for print, digital and multi-channel deliverables.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver consistently accurate, pixel-perfect artwork.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, grids and brand identity systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to production challenges.
• Experience in retouching, colour correction or packaging artwork would be considered an advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
