Job summary

Ioent is seeking a Community Manager to build and nurture a vibrant community for one of our consumer brands. You will own Discord and Telegram, shape channel structure, rules and engagement, and run ambassador programmes from the ground up.

You’ll plan events, host live sessions, manage budgets, and coordinate with CRM, acquisition and product teams to translate member feedback into action. The role is remote with European coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing and growing online communities.
• Strong practical knowledge of Discord and Telegram, including community tools, bots and moderation.
• Experience planning and hosting community events, campaigns and engagement programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our community strategy across Discord and Telegram, including channel structure, rules, bots and day‑to‑day engagement.
• Plan and host regular activities, quizzes, AMAs, creator collaborations and other events.
• Build ambassador, referral and community content programmes with clear incentives and budgets.
• Organise giveaways and competitions with clear rules and timely reward distribution.
• Coordinate moderation support and maintain a welcoming community, addressing issues.
• Represent the brand across social channels and partner communities, coordinating with internal teams.
• Work with marketing and product teams, sharing community feedback and outcomes.
• Track engagement and growth to improve activities.
• Ensure compliance with platform rules and marketing requirements.
