Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a field-based Technical Consultant to support the ILLUMISITE Platform across Spain, with preferred locations in Madrid or Barcelona. The role involves clinical and technical expertise, training, and on-site support for procedures.

Travel will be frequent (approximately 75-80% of the time) across Spain and occasionally Western Europe to support regional business needs. Strong collaboration with healthcare professionals and commercial teams is essential.

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English required.
Experience delivering product demonstrations or technical training.
Experience supporting healthcare professionals in clinical, technical, or customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support for the ILLUMISITE Platform throughout the customer lifecycle.
Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer education programs.
Support system installations, implementation activities, and customer onboarding.
Provide on-site procedural support before, during, and after clinical cases.
Train physicians and clinical teams on platform functionality, workflows, and best practices.
Troubleshoot product, applications, and workflow issues and coordinate resolutions with internal partners.
Partner with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to support business objectives and customer success.
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
