Job summary

Medtronic in Spain is seeking a Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services field-based sales professional to drive market development and expand the use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors in clinics and centers.

You will build strong relationships with cardiologists, neurologists, and other stakeholders, collaborate with field service, marketing, and reimbursement teams, and lead regional programs to improve patient pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of sales experience in MedTech or pharmaceutical industry, or nursing/clinical background with transition interest.
• Clinical environment or medical technology sales experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development by expanding the use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) in clinics and centers.
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders across patient pathways.
• Collaborate with field service, marketing, reimbursement, and other units to develop materials and programs.
• Partner with sales teams to execute regional market development plans and initiatives.
• Capture insights and present to Strategic Marketing; represent the business at regional and national meetings.
