Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Technical Consultant for the ILLUMISITE Platform to support clinicians and organizations across Spain. You will deliver demonstrations, education, and hands-on assistance from installation to clinical use, ensuring smooth adoption of pulmonary technologies.

The role requires 2+ years of healthcare tech experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and up to 80% travel within Spain with occasional Western Europe travel. A relevant engineering/clinical degree is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare, or related clinical/scientific discipline.
2+ years' experience supporting medical technologies, clinical applications, or healthcare customers.
Experience delivering product demonstrations, customer training, or technical presentations.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Willingness to travel up to 80% within Spain and occasionally across Western Europe.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support for the ILLUMISITE Platform throughout the customer lifecycle.
Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer education programs.
Support system installations, implementation activities, and customer onboarding.
Provide on-site procedural support before, during, and after clinical cases.
Train physicians and clinical teams on platform functionality, workflows, and best practices.
Troubleshoot product, applications, and workflow issues and coordinate resolutions with internal partners.
Partner with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to support business objectives and customer success.
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key customer stakeholders.
