Medtronic is seeking a field-based Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services professional in Spain to drive market development for Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs). You will partner with local sales, KOLs, and healthcare providers to expand reach and optimize patient pathways, delivering regional training and materials.

Fluency in English and Spanish, a healthcare background, and willingness to travel are required. This is a full-time, remote role covering Spain with a competitive salary range.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in MedTech or pharmaceutical sales, or nursing in relevant areas.
• Clinical environment or medical technology sales experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel and work in a large corporate environment.

Aufgaben

• Drive market development by expanding the use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) in clinics and centers.
• Optimize patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke with centers of excellence.
• Build relationships with KOLs and stakeholders across the patient pathway.
• Partner with local sales to raise awareness through education and regional training initiatives.
• Collaborate with field service, marketing, reimbursement and other units to develop materials and programs.
• Coordinate with Cardiac Rhythm Management teams and district managers to ensure project execution.
• Develop and execute an annual regional market development plan with KPIs.
• Capture clinical, market, and competitive insights for the Strategic Marketing Team.
