Worldwide Clinical Trials in Madrid is seeking a Clinical Payments Specialist to manage end-to-end investigator payments for global studies. You will work with clinical teams and sponsors to ensure accurate and timely payments across multiple regions.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A CRO/pharma background and English fluency are preferred for success in this global environment.

Formación

• Two years of CRO or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent; or two-year college with relevant experience.
• Advanced English proficiency; local language likely required (Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of global investigator payments for assigned studies.
• Collect information from teams, systems, and tools as needed on a timely basis.
• Understand global contract terms, budgets, and payment schedules to ensure alignment with the Clinical Trial Agreement.
• Prepare monthly payment reports and conduct reconciliations.
• Serve as the point of contact for investigator-related queries.
